Why isn't my camera sending alerts/recording/detecting anything?

1. Please try playing the live stream to see if it's smooth. Also, check the WIFI signal strength in Device Information. A weak signal might affect camera detection.

2. In settings → Alarm Management, turn on motion detection, set “Detection sensitivity” to 10, turn off humanoid detection and Alarm Interval.

3. Please note that if you have set up Alert Plan and Alarm Area, please temporarily disable them to test if these settings are causing the detection issue.

4. Please use an SD card or enable basic cloud service, otherwise, your recordings will not be saved, and you won't be able to view the playback.

5. PIR motion detection cannot penetrate glass. Please avoid placing the camera behind glass to detect moving objects.

If the camera still cannot detect normally after making the above adjustments, please let us know any unusual details you've observed, and please send us a picture of the camera's view (a screenshot from the app's live view) and a picture of the camera's installation location (please take the picture from at least 3-5 meters away from the camera, capturing the camera's location and surrounding environment). This will help us analyze the cause of the detection anomalies.
