How to cancel the automatic payment and apply a refund?

Cancel the Subscription:

1.Paypal:

To cancel automatic payments on PayPal, go to your account settings, select “financial information,” then click “manage automatic payments.” 

Find the active payments you want to stop and click “cancel.” 

You can also update your payment method for certain automatic payments.

2.Apple Pay:

3.Goolge Pay:

 

To cancel an unused prepaid subscription plan:

1).Open the Google Play app .

2).At the top right, tap the profile icon.

3).Tap Payments & subscriptions Subscriptions.

4).Select the subscription or prepaid plan you want to cancel.

5).Tap Cancel subscription.

6).Follow the instructions.

 

Apply a Refund:

1.Paypal:

If you experience abnormal usage or purchase errors after purchasing our cloud services, you may apply for a refund within 7 days by contacting support@zumimall.com. A full refund will be provided.

If it exceeds 7 days, the refund will be deducted the amount for the days of use and a 20% refund handling fee will be charged.

 

2.Apple Pay

You need to submit a refund request through the following methods:
1). Log in to reportaproblem.apple.com.  (https://idmsa.apple.com/signin?rv=0&path=%2F__logged_in%2Freportaproblem.apple.com&appIdKey=20379f32034f8867d352666ff2904d2152d5ff6843ee2db5ab5df863c14b1aef&language=US-EN )
2). Tap or click I Need, then choose Request a Refund.
3). Select the reason you want a refund and select Next.

 

3. Google Pay

1).Go to payments.google.com.

2).On the top left, tap Menu.

3).To view order history:

4).Individual orders: Tap Activity.

5).Subscriptions: Tap Subscriptions and services.

6).Apply to a Refund

 

Please note that a refund will cancel the cloud service and delete all the videos on the cloud storage. 

Email Support: If you have other question, please reach out to customer support. Provide your order number, SN number, and a screenshot of your transaction number.

The serial number usually starts with 10 or 11 and can be found on a sticker labeled "SN:" or within the app's camera information section.
