Here are some important points to note during the reset process:
1. Charge it Up: Make sure your camera is fully charged before resetting. A low battery can prevent a successful reset.
2. Power On First: Ensure the camera is turned on before attempting the reset. Long press the power button or use the power switch to turn it on.
3. Hear the "Boogu": Hold the reset button or press the reset hole until you hear a "boogu" sound and see a slow red flashing light. This indicates a successful reset.
4. No "Boogu"? : If you don't hear the sound, check if the reset button or hole is damaged or not responding when pressed (no tactile feedback).
5. Hold a Bit Longer: If the "boogu" sound doesn't come after a short press, try holding the reset button or hole for a longer period, like 10 seconds.
6. Email Support: If issues persist, email customer support. Provide your order number, SN number and a video of the reset process. Mention the steps you've already taken to prevent redundant requests.
The serial number usually starts with 10 or 11 and can be found on a sticker labeled "SN:" or within the app's camera information section.
