What could I do if the camera does not hold a charge?

1. Poor Wi-Fi signal: A weak Wi-Fi signal can cause the camera to consume more power to maintain the connection. Please go to the system settings in the app and check if the Wi-Fi signal is weak. If it is, please try moving the camera closer to the router or using a Wi-Fi extender.

2. Frequent triggering:Wind blowing leaves, flags, or frequent cars passing by on the roadside may cause frequent detection. Abnormal heat sources, such as air conditioner outdoor units or kitchen exhaust vents, can also trigger the camera.
If the camera is triggered very frequently, it will consume power faster.
You could adjust the camera angle and settings to prevent unnecessary recordings.

3. Insufficient solar panel charging: Weather conditions or the installation location of the solar panel may result in insufficient sunlight, slow charging, or short charging duration. The charging efficiency of the solar panel may decrease during winter.

If the camera still doesn't work after trying the above steps, send the order numberSN nubmer and a video of the startup process to tech support. Mention the steps you've already taken to prevent redundant requests.

The serial number usually starts with 10 or 11 and can be found on a sticker labeled "SN:" or within the app's camera information section.
