What should I do if my camera can't scan the code in the app?

The camera only will scan the code when reset condition.

To scan a QR code with your device, please follow these steps:

1.Turn on the camera, long press ""reset"" button or hole with pin , till you hear the sound of ""boogu"", and the indicator light flash red slowly. This means the reset is successful.

2. Position the QR code within the camera's viewfinder. Keep your phone 5-8 inches from the lens.

3. Increase the brightness on your mobile device. Your mobile device’s brightness might be too low for the camera to scan the QR code.

4.If it is a new camera, please remove the protective film on the camera lens.

You will hear " beep" if the camera scan the code successfully.

 

If you continue to experience difficulties scanning the QR code, please provide a video to show the indicator light situction and the problem of scan the code. It will help us know more about the issue.
